Yesterday was the long expected Untethered Jailbreak for iPhone 4S and iPad2 published. At this time the jailbreak can be done only with Absinthe on the Mac. So far there is still no Windows counterpart of Absinthe and a number of Windows users to wait for the jailbreak. The iPhone Dev-Team has today published a small tool that can be used with Windows. Supported devices:
- iPhone 4S with IOS 5.0 and 5.0.1 (9A405 / 9A406)
- iPad 2 with iOS 5.0.1

Important Note:
Before running the jailbreak created first a backup of your device with iTunes. Also, you should password for your IOS device to temporarily remove.
Step 1:
First you need of course the program “

Important Note on error messages:
